Vinification: vinified in stainless steel vat at 17° C temperature-controlled, after light whole grape pressing.
Maturation: in stainless steel vat for 6 month around at 12° C temperature-controlled, after light whole grape pressing.
Alcohol: 13% vol.
Service: serve at 9° – 10° C
Gastronomy: this wine pairs well with fish dishes, particularly with appetizers, grilled fish or white meats
Colour: stray yellow
Perfume: Fresh, floral of white flowers and citrus fruit, mixed with hints of white peach, plum, passion fruit, orange peel and honey; intense mineral feelings blended with balsamic hints of sage.
Taste: Fresh, lively, pleasant and soft, with floral sensations and intense sweet sensations of citrus. Aftertaste pleasant and fresh, long and persistent, with acidity in perfect balance with the wine’s structure.
